Objectives of a Non-Teaching Grievance Committee

  1. Addressing Grievances: To provide a platform for non-teaching staff to raise grievances, concerns and issues related to their work environment, policies or interactions.
  2. Ensuring Fairness and Transparency: To ensure fairness, transparency and impartiality in addressing grievances, adhering to institutional policies and procedures.
  3. Resolving Conflicts: To resolve conflicts, disputes or misunderstandings between non-teaching staff, faculty or administrators in a timely and constructive manner.
  4. Providing Support and Guidance: To offer support, guidance and counseling to non-teaching staff facing difficulties or challenges, helping them navigate institutional processes.
  5. Improving Working Conditions: To identify and address issues related to working conditions, facilities and resources that impact non-teaching staff's well-being and productivity.
  6. Maintaining Confidentiality: To maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive or personal grievances, ensuring the privacy and dignity of non-teaching staff.
  7. Promoting a Positive Work Environment: To contribute to creating a positive, respectful and supportive work environment, promoting non-teaching staff's well-being, job satisfaction and productivity.

Functions & Responsibilities of Students Grievance Committee

  1. Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (GRAMS) is an online platform available to the stake holders to lodge their grievances to Grievance Officer on any subject related to service delivery.
  2. The status of the grievance filed in GRAMS can be tracked with the unique registration ID provided at the time of registration of the complainant. GRAMS also provide appeal facility, if they are not satisfied with their solution by the Grievance Officer. After closure of grievance if the complainant is not satisfied with their solution, he/she can provide feedback to the Principal. If you have not got a satisfactory redress of your grievance within a reasonable period, you may seek help of Principal.
  3. All the grievances of the students/staff which could not be settled in the routine process should be referred to this committee.
  4. Committee tries to settle the issues amicably in a time bound manner.
  5. Introduces a reasonable and reliable solution for grievances of various issues received from students/parents.
  6. Ensures that the grievances are resolved on time impartially and confidentially.
